What is QFZ?
QFZ is a circular supply network where verified organizations list surplus materials and get matched with qualified demand. Our team reviews listings and helps track the environmental benefits of each transfer.
Who can join?
Manufacturers, logistics operators, construction firms, recyclers, and other organizations that generate or can reuse industrial by-products and off-spec inventory. Individual user accounts are supported, but every listing belongs to a verified organization profile.
How does the listing and review process work?
Add photos, technical details, quantities, and recurrence to your listing.
QFZ reviews the information for quality and compliance.
Once approved, the item becomes visible to verified buyers, who can request a match.
What kinds of materials are accepted?
Typical categories include metals, plastics, textiles, aggregates, timber, glass, composites, and packaging.
Restricted: hazardous waste, e-waste with data exposure, and regulated chemicals. All listings must comply with local laws.
Are there fees to use QFZ?
Creating an account and browsing the catalog is free. Some transactions may include a facilitation or service fee depending on volume and support level. Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transfer.
Do you handle pricing?
Sellers choose whether a lot is free or priced. For priced listings, sellers can set fixed pricing or accept offers. QFZ may suggest a price range based on market signals and quality grades.
Does QFZ provide logistics?
Parties typically arrange their own transport. On request, QFZ can connect you with approved logistics partners experienced in moving surplus materials and by-products.
How do matches and transfers work?
Interested buyers request a match from the listing page. After both sides confirm terms, a transfer is created and the materials move off-platform. You can record quantities received and attach documents for traceability.
How is quality assured?
Listings include photos and technical specs; some categories require lab results or certificates. Buyers can request site visits or third-party inspection prior to transfer.
What about compliance and liability?
Parties are responsible for compliance with applicable regulations and for the safe handling of materials. QFZ provides tools and guidance but does not take title to materials.
Do you track environmental impact?
Yes. Each completed transfer can generate an estimated diversion and carbon benefit based on material type, quantity, and baseline scenarios. Impact summaries are available in the Impact Hub.
How do you verify organizations?
We verify legal entity details and request supporting documents. Higher trust tiers may require on-site verification or references for sensitive material streams.
